Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Local Orders

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in Trinidad and Tobago via TTPost. Usually TTPost takes up to 2 working days, however during busy holiday periods they may take longer.

3. International Orders

We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping worldwide. These orders are facilitated via Fedex, UPS or DHL and usually takes 2-5 working days. Next day delivery can be arranged for certain locations in North America. Shipping costs will be confirmed by the customer at time of payment.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. For international shipping we will provide a link for tracking your order.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. We will acquire confirmation from the customer regarding separate shipments or a partial shipment due to back ordered items before dispatching.

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

5. Shipping Costs

Local shipping is TT$35.00. For larger orders you will be notified of higher shipping costs before proceeding.

International shipping – shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost to be shipped to your location please fill out or order form at checkout and we will get back to you before final processing.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 1-868-653-0011. 

7. Modern Caribbean Enterprises Limited will not assume transport charges for any items returned, unless specifically agreed upon before hand for products purchased online or by phone.

8. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping fees still apply.
